Dates: Throughout the project

A major barrier to the growth in the use of solar energy resources is the lack of social awareness of the potential and acceptance of the characteristics of this renewable energy. Therefore, educating people at all levels must be a priority. This dissemination programme, aims to reach this key objective.

This activity will ensure that the results of the project are widely disseminated throughout Bangladesh and Indonesia. We will promote the project and raise awareness of the main local and international actors, and finally attract and foster the participation of the targeted population.

The project will be disseminated through the organization of a series of workshops. The first set of workshops will take place in 2007 the second one in 2008 and a final project conference will be organized in 2009.
